The Renewals function allows you to schedule all customers due to renew their termite contract in any given month and then print a list of all these customers. It will produce renewal notices for the customers who are due to renew and allow you to track response. A list of customers who have not renewed after several attempts will help you decide whose contract to cancel. You can close the renewal cycle whenever you decide that all customers who are going to renew have done so.
