Notes: It seems like history only
remembers the TBD at Midway. Actually the ol' girl had a fairly
successful career before Midway. There were quite a few "hit and
run" raids from Pearl Harbor up thru Coral Sea and then Midway. For
most of these raids she was armed with 2 500 lb bombs as depicted
here.
