Notes:
In the end I had to revert to plan B when I couldn't get it to look
right with the opening top on the back end. This was done with
Earl's 'lost balsa' approach - building out of balsa blocks and
covering with fibreglass tissue and then hacking out the wood.
Quite easy really and a method I'm hoping to be able to use again on
future conversions.
