 PEST CONTROLLER FOR MICROSOFT WINDOWS AND ACCESS R-DBMS

PCG chose the Microsoft platform because we believe it offers the investment security that businesses deserve. The Access relational database management system (RDBMS.) is a Microsoft product. It is a powerful and flexible system designed for easy use and fast and reliable development. Access is one of the most widely used systems in the US, assuring you of continued support for and improvements to this product.

Because it uses Access as its "engine", Pest Controller "looks and feels" like the rest of your Microsoft applications. Pest Controller will interface with your Word word processing documents, allowing you to do personalized mailings and labels to your customer database.

WE BELIEVE OUR CLIENTS SHOULD PAY ONLY ONCE FOR PEST CONTROLLER

PCG does not charge a yearly maintenance fee for Pest Controller. We realize this makes us different from a lot of other software developers, but we intend to keep our "no annual maintenance policy".

We include 90 days of support in the price of Pest Controller. We also include 12 hours of training and 8 hours of consulting time to customize your service tickets, etc. After the initial 90 days, we will be there for you on an hourly basis. You call us only if you need us. You pay only for support that you use.

PCG offers network installation services should you decide to set up a network in your office. We offer training sessions in Word, Windows 3.11 and Windows ‘95. In addition, if at all feasible, we will convert the customer database from your old system to Pest Controller. All of these services are quoted and charged on an hourly basis.
